Tasting notes: Tart bergamot with a hint of vanilla. This all herbal version of an Earl Grey tea has no bitterness and is smooth, with a bit of tartness coming from the hibiscus which accentuates the citrus flavor. The hibiscus also gives the brew a nice red hue. I like to imagine this tea is how blood would taste to a vampire.
