Paultin loves to drink copious amounts of wine. Now, tea can't ever BE wine, but it's actually the case that wine and tea have a similar language when describing flavors. Also, drinking a lot of tea can get you tea drunk! So with that in mind, I wanted to try and blend a tea that was reminiscent of the idea of a nice red wine. A good body, some light fruitiness, a touch of dryness. I, and my taste testers (family), believe I've come pretty close.
